Text Box: Our guest suites were created in 2006 by converting former mill associated buildings. We opted for quality rather than quantity and created just two guest suites. Each comprises a lounge, a double bedroom and an ensuite shower room. Our suites are named after the Lincolnshire working mills at Sibsey and Alford. Sibsey and Alford suites are not equipped as family rooms, we are therefore unable to cater for children. As can be seen below, our guest suites are ground floor, with direct access from the parking area to the front of the building. Where possible the accommodation has been fashioned with consideration to easy access.

Each suite has it's own front and rear entrance.  To the rear of both suites is a small patio with garden furniture and access to the garden

We are also able to offer evening meals, by prior arrangement.

Breakfast

Breakfast is taken in the main house.  We offer a comprehensive breakfast menu based on Lincolnshire fare - you won’t be disappointed!
