Text Box: Wendy and I bought Old Mill House in 2004. We knew that it had the potential to make a home and a B&B with a difference. We had travelled quite a bit before settling in Lincolnshire and had seen this format for guest accommodation on previous occasions in Europe. The layout of the mill buildings were ideal for conversion. We feel that the guest suites that we have created provide something different in B&B, without straying into the realms of holiday cottages or self catering apartments. Our guests enjoy the privacy of their own front door, with an element of space and comfort in the suites reminiscent of their own home. Pete and Wendy Breeds
