Something Different in B&B

   About Us

Our guest suites provide something different in B&B, without straying into the realms of holiday cottages or self catering apartments. Our guests enjoy the privacy of their own front door together with a level of accommodation rarely found in a Bed and Breakfast.  

Old Mill House is a former flour mill site. With this in mind we have named our two guest suites after the Lincolnshire working windmills at Sibsey and Alford.  Both Sibsey and Alford suites have a lounge, a double bedroom and an ensuite shower room.  To the rear of both suites is a small patio with garden furniture and access to the garden.

Our guest  accommodation is ground floor and has direct access from the parking area at the front of the building.  Where possible the suites have been designed with consideration to easy access.  

We have been delighted with the response of our guests so far and look forward to seeing you should you be a visitor to the Lincolnshire coast.
